Springineering
Overview
Springineering Challenge 2026 is an innovation platform for students and companies in ICT and engineering to collaborate, solve real-world problems, and connect with industry professionals. The main Demos & Awards event takes place on 13 April 2026 (12:30–16:00) and is free to attend with prior registration.
Rewards
The top three teams receive monetary prizes:
First place: 800€
Second place: 500€
Third place: 300€

All participants present their solutions directly to company experts and gain visibility. In addition, event visitors vote for their favorite teams in four categories, with additional prizes awarded. Participants also benefit from networking opportunities, feedback from industry professionals, and increased career visibility.
For Students (Challengers)
Students work individually or in teams to solve real-world engineering problems. They can earn academic credits, build their portfolio, receive expert feedback, and connect with companies for future opportunities.
For Companies
Companies can participate as Explorers or Evaluators. They can review student projects, interact with teams, provide feedback, identify talent, and influence skill development. Evaluators take part in judging, attend demos, and help select winning teams.
Timeline and Key Activities
Before the Event
Project work runs from 9 February to 13 April 2026
Project description submission deadline: 13 March
Teams prepare demos and a short pitch (3 minutes + questions)
Companies review projects, select teams to evaluate, and prepare materials
During the Event (13 April 2026)
Setup and demo preparation starts at 11:00
Lunch sessions for students and evaluators before the event
Company talks: 12:30–13:00
Guided tours: 13:00–13:30
Pitches and demos: 13:30–16:00 (about 5 minutes per project)
Winners announced around 15:30
After the Event
Students finalize reports or theses using feedback
Students use materials for job applications and networking
Companies connect
